Our client, a successful secondary school based in Newbury, Berkshire, is looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to teach in a supportive and inclusive environment that values academic achievement and holistic development.

About the Role:

• Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (ability to teach a specific science at KS5 is an advantage)

• Delivering engaging and practical lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Supporting students to develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Science department and curriculum

• Participating in school events, STEM activities, and enrichment opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

• Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting

• Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics

• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities

• Excellent classroom management and a proactive approach to teaching

• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to ongoing professional growth
