Qualified Teacher – RCT
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)
Pay: Competitive (Based on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract Type: Full-time
Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a qualified teacher to join a thriving school in RCT, supporting students across KS3 & KS4. This role is ideal for an educator committed to student engagement, progress, and inclusive learning.
The Role:
✔️ Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet diverse student needs.
✔️ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
✔️ Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
✔️ Manage classroom behavior effectively, supporting students with ALN when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ QTS or NQT – Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 preferred.
✅ A passion for education and student development.
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills.
✅ DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
✅ EWC registration (support available).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
