Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students across Key Stage 3 & 4 (and potentially 5)
- Create a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and progress
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback where necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching resources and strategies
- Maintain a strong classroom management approach
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A degree in English, Education, or a related subject
- A valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their best
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a range of teaching environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
