About the Role: As a fully qualified English teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, preparing students for GCSE exams, and delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love for the subject. You will be working within a supportive and dynamic teaching environment, where your contributions are valued, and professional development is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons for KS3 and KS4 students
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a holistic approach to student success
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fully qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Proven experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 level
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passionate about helping students succeed and improve their literacy skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential
