Job Title: Primary Tutor

Salary:

£25 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:

Deliver high-quality primary education tutoring in English, Maths, and Science subjects
Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in primary education teaching or tutoring
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary education teaching or tutoring

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in English, Maths, and Science subjects
Ability to engage students and create a positive learning environment
Strong classroom management skills
Adaptability and flexibility in teaching methods

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education
Experience working with students with special educational needs
Training in safeguarding and child protection

Working Conditions:

Part-time hours, flexible schedule
Work in school settings or tutoring centres

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
