What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students in the classroom to enhance their learning experience
- Assisting with classroom activities, preparing resources, and maintaining organization
- Offering individual or small group assistance to students requiring additional support
- Fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every student can succeed
- Building your skills and gaining experience across diverse educational settings
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working with children and young people to support their development
- A positive, patient demeanour with the ability to adapt to various learning styles
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both students and colleagues
- A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges within the classroom
- Prior experience working with children or young people through volunteering, tutoring, or other roles (beneficial but not required).
