Salary: £89.50 - £105.00 per day

It’s important to note that you don’t necessarily need previous Teaching Assistant experience to be shortlisted for this role, however some previous experience working with children or young people in different roles within the UK is desirable.
A little bit about the role:
- Providing assistance to children within the classroom setting, including offering support with classwork through small group sessions or one-on-one help.
- Aiding the class teacher in managing the classroom environment and preparing educational materials.
- Collaborating with a supportive and skilled team.
- Having the opportunity to positively influence students' academic growth.
- Encouraging a fun and engaging learning atmosphere, helping children enjoy their learning experience.
Requirements:
- Experience working with primary school students, preferably in a behaviour support role or a similar position is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrates a compassionate and patient approach when working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure.
