Job description
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our thriving primary school in Crewe, where we pride ourselves on fostering a positive, nurturing, and engaging environment for every student. Whether you're helping a child who requires additional support or guiding a small group through an activity, your role will be key in ensuring that each child feels valued and empowered to succeed.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond academic support. You’ll help promote positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional well-being in students, contributing to a well-rounded, holistic approach to their education. By fostering strong relationships with students, you will be a trusted figure in their learning journey, helping them to develop both academically and personally.
At our school, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with teachers, other support staff, and school leaders, ensuring that the needs of every student are met. We are a close-knit community that values open communication and continuous professional development, so you will always have the support and opportunities to grow in your role.
If you're ready to make a lasting impact in a vibrant and welcoming school, we would love to hear from you. Come and be part of a school that truly values the contributions of its staff and is committed to providing the best possible education for its students. Apply today and take the next step in your career with us!
