Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote the development of key skills for early learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Support children's emotional and social development, building strong relationships with parents and guardians.
• Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to create a cohesive and effective learning experience.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback for both students and parents.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children in the Early Years (preferably in a Year R setting).
• Passionate about early childhood education with a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• A creative, dynamic approach to teaching, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, and flexible, with a genuine desire to help young children succeed.
