Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking for flexible work opportunities in the Cardiff area? Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate full-time supply teachers to join our network of educators and support local schools in the Cardiff area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups.
  • Providing consistent classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Adapting to different school settings and responding to the individual needs of students.
  • Supporting the school’s teaching team and contributing to school initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching in a classroom setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • A genuine passion for teaching and improving student outcomes.
