Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a lovely primary school in Bridport, seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND pupils
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and families
- Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress and development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent classroom experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A creative, flexible and child-focused approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
