We are working with schools across the Dorset area to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers for supply work. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of schools and make a positive impact on children's education on a flexible, supply basis.

The Role:
As a Primary Teacher working through Teaching Personnel, you will be responsible for delivering lessons and providing support to children across different year groups. You will be required to:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of children in the classroom.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Work closely with school staff to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity of learning.

About You:
We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are fully qualified Primary Teachers with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Have a passion for teaching and a commitment to improving the educational experience of young learners.
  • Have experience working across a range of year groups (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
  • Are flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to different school environments.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Are able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Have an enhanced DBS check (Teaching Personnel can assist with this if necessary).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
