Day-to-Day Primary School Teacher

Location: Southport, Merseyside
Position: Day-to-Day Primary School Teacher
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Start Date: September

Are you a passionate and dedicated primary school teacher looking for flexible working opportunities in the Southport area? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable teachers to join our team for day-to-day supply roles across various primary schools in Merseyside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the national curriculum.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and year groups.
  • Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Engage with pupils to inspire and encourage a love of learning.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
