Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver exceptional mathematics lessons, tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom that encourages mathematical thinking.
  • Identify and support pupils’ strengths and areas for improvement in mathematics.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create cross-curricular links and enhance the learning experience.
  • Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A passion for mathematics, with a strong knowledge of the subject.
  • Experience teaching mathematics at the primary level.
  • Creative teaching methods that engage and inspire students.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with colleagues, students, and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
