Early Careers Teacher looking to find their first long term role

We support schools with all areas of their recruitment from short term supply to long term and permanent roles As an Early Careers Teacher, you would be joining an experienced recruitment staff team who can support your development and journey as a new primary teacher. We work with a variety of different schools so can match you to a school you love!

Whether you are looking to work on supply gaining teaching experience across different years groups and in different types of schools, or maybe looking for a long term TA role to embed you in school life before going on to finding your first teaching role, we cant support with whatever your preferences have.

  • Pay rates from £130 a day for short term teaching work, to pay M1 scale of day for long term roles.
  • Opportunity for School’s contracts in the future
  • £50 referral bonus if you recommend other teachers to us - no cap!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
