Job Duties:
The PE Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physical Education lessons to students, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. They will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to promote student development. This role will alwso include the delivery of Dance lessons, so applicants are required to have expereince and confidence in this area of physical education.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
Experience:
Prior experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Effective time management
- Initiative to drive student engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
Working Conditions:
The PE Teacher will work in a school setting, following the academic calendar. They may need to participate in extracurricular activities, attend staff meetings, and engage in professional development opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
