Teaching Personnel is thrilled to collaborate with a diverse range of outstanding SEN schools across East Sussex, dedicated to supporting young learners with unique needs such as autism, SLD, PMLD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, and mental health requirements. We are actively seeking passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Flexible Supply Teaching Assistants, providing crucial support in a variety of curriculum-based activities.
About the Role: As a Flexible Supply Teaching Assistant in East Sussex, you will have the chance to work across different SEN schools, gaining invaluable experience and positively influencing the lives of young learners. Your role may involve supporting students in the classroom, assisting with activities, and contributing to their overall well-being and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Dedicated individuals passionate about supporting the learning and development of young learners with SEN
- Reliability and flexibility to work across various schools in East Sussex
- Enthusiasm for engaging with students in diverse curriculum-based activities
- Previous experience working with autism, SLD, PMLD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or mental health needs is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary and Benefits: Teaching Personnel values your experience, and we are pleased to offer competitive rates. Our starting rate for Flexible Supply Teaching Assistants in East Sussex is £77 per day, and this can be increased based on your previous experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
