Music Teacher – North Devon
Full-time or Part-time | Immediate or Flexible Start | Competitive Pay

Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit a passionate and creative Music Teacher for a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school in North Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and to foster a love of music in the classroom and beyond.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and practical Music lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Plan and deliver lessons that develop musical skills, theory, and appreciation

  • Prepare students for assessments, performances, and extracurricular opportunities

  • Support the wider arts and music department with concerts, showcases, and school events

  • Encourage creativity and confidence in all learners

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Have experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting

  • Be confident in delivering both practical and theoretical music content

  • Be enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about music education

  • Be open to supporting extracurricular activities like school choirs or ensembles
