A thriving secondary school and sixth form in Christchurch, Dorset, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish and French) to join its permanent staff team. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Spanish and French across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and extra-curricular language activities.
- Maintain high expectations for student behaviour and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and drive student success.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Spanish, French, or a related subject.
- Experience teaching Spanish and French at secondary level, including KS4 (KS5 desirable).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and cultural education.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to wider school initiatives.

Salary: MPS/UPS, Dependent on experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
