Maths Teacher Opportunity (QTS Required)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a forward-thinking school passionate about delivering excellence in education. Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging mathematics lessons tailored to a range of student abilities.
  • Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, using data to inform teaching strategies and interventions.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and participate in departmental planning and activities.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support students’ holistic development and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a strong academic background in mathematics.
  • Demonstrate experience teaching mathematics at secondary school level, with a proven track record of student progress.
  • Have excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Be passionate about mathematics education and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Be a team player who contributes positively to the school community and ethos.
