  • Support students' academic and personal development, encouraging resilience and a love for learning
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff to create a cohesive and enriching curriculum
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the wider school community
  • Uphold the school's ethos of respect, resilience, and achievement
