About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join a modern Secondary School in Oldham. Ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching mathematics and inspiring students to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic growth.
- Utilise innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training, and school activities.
Requirements
- A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Previous experience teaching mathematics at [Primary/Secondary/College] level is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
