Teaching Personnel is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Maths Graduate to join an Ofsted-rated "Good" secondary school in Levenshulme. This full-time role begins in March and will run until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance.

About the Role:
As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to achieve their full potential in mathematics. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in education, especially those considering a future career in teaching or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to support the delivery of mathematics lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to help students overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
• Assist in planning and adapting learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and teachers.
• Promote enthusiasm for mathematics and encourage a positive attitude towards learning.
• Support students during exam preparation, providing additional guidance and revision techniques.
• Collaborate with the school’s staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to the wider school community and take part in extracurricular activities where appropriate.
