Level 2 Teaching Assistant – SEMH Provision
Location: Burnley
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Long-term

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students in a SEMH provision in Burnley. You will help students overcome barriers to learning, providing tailored support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEMH needs in the classroom and during activities
• Assist with behavioural management and promote positive behaviour
• Work alongside teachers to deliver personalised learning
• Provide one-on-one and small group support

About You:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with SEMH students
• A passion for supporting children and removing barriers to learning
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
