The Role:
We’re looking for LSAs who are ready to commit full-time and make a lasting impact. Initially, you’ll join the team through Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position following a successful probation period.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with pupils, providing tailored one-to-one or small group support.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, accessible learning experiences.
  • Support the social, emotional, and educational development of pupils.
  • Help maintain a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.

What You Bring:

  • Experience working in a school or supporting children with SEND.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
