We have multiple opportunities available for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) across primary, secondary, and specialist education settings in Northampton. What We Are Looking For:

• Passionate individuals committed to supporting students' learning and development.

• Individuals who can build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

• Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants who can work 1:1 or with small groups of students.

• Professionals who are adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic about working in an educational setting.

• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.

• Candidates with relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role.
