Learning Support Assistants & Teaching Assistants (Permanent Positions Available)
Location: Various Schools across Northampton
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time (Permanent)
Start Date: September 2025 or sooner
We have multiple opportunities available for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) across primary, secondary, and specialist education settings in Northampton. Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants who can work 1:1 or with small groups of students.

Professionals who are adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic about working in an educational setting.

Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.

Candidates with relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
