Our client, a reputable academy based in Littleport, Cambridge, is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of the school’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the school office and senior leadership team.

Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent customer service.

Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting school events.
-
Process and manage school correspondence, including letters and notices.
-
Support the finance and HR teams with administrative tasks as required.
-
Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.

Strong organisational and time management skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
