Job Title: Learning Support Assistant SEN

Salary:

£90 - £110 Per day

Job Duties:

• Providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom
• Assisting SEN students with their learning and personal development
• Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies
• Supporting the teacher in delivering tailored teaching activities
• Helping SEN students to integrate and participate in classroom activities
• Assisting with personal care and mobility needs of SEN students
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support SEN students

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Knowledge of SEN educational practises and strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools

• Potential for personal care assistance
• Full-time hours on a contract basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
