Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) – Primary SEND School
Location: Winchester
Contract Type: Full-time
Contract Status: Temporary to Permanent

The school caters to children with a range of needs and is proud of its large team of experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who play a vital role in providing tailored support to pupils.
The Role:
We are seeking committed LSAs who are looking for a permanent role in a school that values collaboration and care. Your placement will begin through Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with varying needs.
- Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
- Supporting pupils’ personal and social development.
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

- Prior experience working in a school or with SEND pupils.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting children’s learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
