The Role:
We are seeking committed LSAs who are looking for a permanent role in a school that values collaboration and care. Your placement will begin through Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with varying needs.
• Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
• Supporting pupils’ personal and social development.
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

• Prior experience working in a school or with SEND pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
