Exciting Opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supply agency and take on an impactful role in classrooms across the area. If you’re eager to get stuck in and bring your best to every situation, then this is the perfect role for you!
Details:
- Location: Swansea
- Salary: £89.38 daily rate
- Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm ( May vary slightly )

Your Role:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs.
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Encouraging students to engage and participate actively in the classroom.
- Helping with behavioural management and fostering a positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
