- Supporting with pupils who are in need of 1:1 support
- Supporting with de-escalation of challenging behaviour where necessary
- Reporting on progress
- Providing a positive and calm influence
This Learning Support Assistant role would be ideal for those:
- Previous experience within a school, care, youth work or mental health support environment
- With personal experience of supporting those with additional needs such as mental health needs
- A proactive attitude
- A calm and patient personality
