Job Title: KS3 SEN Tutor

Job Duties:
The KS3 SEN Tutor will be responsible for providing tailored support and guidance to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs. Duties include developing individualised learning plans, delivering engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the academic and personal development of students.
Required Qualifications:
A relevant teaching qualification
Education:
A degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
Prior experience working with SEN students in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of SEN teaching strategies
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective classroom management
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training in SEN education
Working Conditions:
The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The KS3 SEN Tutor will primarily work in a leaners home or community setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
