Pay: £150 - £190 per day

Location: Hackney

A Primary School in Hackney is seeking a skilled and passionate KS2 Teacher to join their team of teaching staff. As a dedicated KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners aged 7 to 11 years old.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Be a Qualified Class Teacher with experience in Primary Schools, specifically in KS2.
• Be hard-working, organised and committed to raising standards.
• Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment and experience.
• Have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, in order to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
• Set high expectations to enable children to achieve.
• Manage Teaching Assistants effectively
• Use assessment strategies effectively
• Immerse yourself into the school, promoting their ethos and building relationships with children, staff and families.
• Have an excellent understanding of safeguarding. 
• Have a DBS on the update service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
