About the Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic fully qualified teacher to join a thriving school community in the Hackney area. This role involves working with students In a year 2 class, supporting their learning and development. The schools we partner with foster a supportive environment where educators are dedicated to delivering an exceptional education for every student.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and conduct effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for primary education.
• Support Student Development: Present both academic and personal growth, creating a comfortable classroom environment.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with school staff, parents, and caregivers, keeping them informed of each child’s progress.
• Implement Differentiated Instruction: Tailor learning strategies to meet the needs of all students.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 (both is ideal).
• Classroom Management: Strong skills in creating a productive learning environment.
• Passion for Education: A commitment to nurturing each student’s potential in a supportive yet challenging setting.
• Location: Based in East London or willing to commute.
• DBS Check: Valid DBS on the update service (we can assist if needed).
