Job Duties:
- Provide specialised support and tuition to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their homes or local libraries.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress and social development.
- Ensure a holistic approach to student support.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience working with SEN students in Key Stage 2.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the UK National Curriculum (at least 2 years experience).
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities.
Working Conditions:
The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to SEN students in their homes or local libraries.. The work is based in St Osyth, Essex, and surrounding areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
