KS1 Teacher – Barnsley & Sheffield

We are currently seeking passionate and committed KS1 Teachers to join fantastic primary schools across Barnsley and Sheffield. ✏️ Role Overview:

As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
  • Supporting children's academic, social, and emotional development
  • Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitoring pupil progress and tailoring teaching accordingly
  • Working closely with TAs, parents, and the wider school team

✅ Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in KS1
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A nurturing, enthusiastic, and flexible approach
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and policies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
