A highly regarded, two-form entry primary school in the vibrant area of Elephant and Castle is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join its team from September 2025.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a KS1 class, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum. They will work closely with year group colleagues to plan and assess learning, and will contribute to the wider life of the school.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience or strong interest in teaching within Key Stage 1
- A thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective assessment practices
- The ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working with colleagues, pupils, and parents
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
