Job description

Teaching Personnel is currently partnering with primary schools in the Sheffield area to find a Key Stage 2 Teacher to cover a scheduled staff absence after the Easter holidays. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, starting immediately. Whether you are an early career teacher eager to kickstart your career in primary education or an experienced teacher looking for your next opportunity, this could be the ideal role for you!

Role Overview:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and informative lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils.
  • Provide support and guidance to help pupils reach their academic potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for pupils.
  • Contribute to a lively and engaging school atmosphere.
  • A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent classroom management skills are highly desirable.

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future.
