Key Responsibilities
- Identify pupils requiring additional support to fulfil their academic potential.
- Plan and deliver structured intervention sessions tailored to individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with class teachers and parents to develop and implement support strategies.
- Monitor pupil progress, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure continued development.
- Maintain clear communication with staff and parents through regular updates and progress reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Prior experience in intervention or support-based roles within education.
- Sound knowledge of effective intervention techniques and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting pupil achievement.
