Are you currently looking for the ideal setting in which to complete your ECT year, while expanding your skills and experience within the profession? If so, this opportunity may be just what you're looking for!

About the School:
Situated in the Toxteth area (L25), this Ofsted-rated Good school is known within the community for fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. The school has received high praise for its quality of teaching and the wide range of engaging experiences offered to pupils.

The school places strong emphasis on enrichment opportunities, ensuring that all pupils – including those with SEND – are given access to educational visits and a rich, ambitious curriculum. With higher-than-average levels of SEND and disadvantaged pupils, prior experience in these areas would be advantageous, though not essential.

About the Role:
As a KS2 Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering the Year 5 curriculum in an engaging and accessible manner for pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs. You will also be expected to contribute to wider school life, including leading or participating in extracurricular activities during and after school hours.

While not essential, previous experience in managing and supporting other classroom staff, such as Teaching Assistants, would be beneficial.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated KS2 teacher to join a vibrant school community on a long-term basis, with the potential for a permanent appointment.
