Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Empower Students, Inspire Futures

Your Role as an HLTA:
- Lead lessons and deliver planned learning activities in the absence of a teacher.
- Support individual students and groups, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum.

- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Actively contribute to the academic and personal development of students, working closely with SEN pupils as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
