About the Programme

The Future Teachers Programme is designed to bridge the gap between graduation and formal teacher training. You’ll gain hands-on experience working in a school setting, developing the skills and confidence needed for a successful teaching career.

Your Role as a Cover Supervisor

In this role, you will:

• Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences.
• Support students with their pre-set work, ensuring lessons run smoothly.
• Gain practical classroom management experience without the need for planning or marking.
