About the Programme
The Future Teachers Programme is designed to bridge the gap between graduation and formal teacher training. You’ll gain hands-on experience working in a school setting, developing the skills and confidence needed for a successful teaching career.
Your Role as a Cover Supervisor
In this role, you will:
- Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences.
- Support students with their pre-set work, ensuring lessons run smoothly.
- Gain practical classroom management experience without the need for planning or marking.
This opportunity provides valuable insight into the teaching profession while allowing you to develop essential skills for your future career.
