Flexible Cover Supervisor – Wigan
Work Across Ofsted Good and Outstanding Secondary Schools

Are you looking for a rewarding role in education with the flexibility to suit your lifestyle?

We are currently recruiting flexible and committed Cover Supervisors to work across a number of Ofsted-rated Good and Outstanding secondary schools in the Wigan area.

The role:

  • Supervising lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher

  • Managing behaviour and ensuring pupils remain on task

  • Delivering pre-set work and supporting students where necessary

  • Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work or similar)

  • Confident, adaptable and calm under pressure

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills

  • A genuine interest in supporting student learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
