Graduate Cover Supervisors – Burnley
Start Dates: April & September 2024

Are you a recent graduate considering a career in teaching? Do you want to gain valuable classroom experience while making a real difference in local schools?

Teaching Personnel is looking for Graduate Cover Supervisors to join our team in Burnley. This is an exciting opportunity to work in secondary schools, supporting students and developing your teaching skills before pursuing a PGCE or teacher training.

The Role:

✔ Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
✔ Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task
✔ Gain hands-on experience in a school setting
✔ Work flexibly around your schedule – full-time or part-time opportunities available

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A graduate (any subject) with a passion for education
✅ Confident, adaptable, and able to manage a classroom
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
