We are currently seeking a Graduate Cover Supervisor for a part-time, temporary role starting after Easter. This role is ideal for a graduate looking to build experience within the education sector and work in a vibrant, supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher
- Ensure students remain on task and manage classroom behaviour
- Assist students with their learning and provide additional support where necessary
- Support teachers in preparing resources and managing classroom activities
- Help create a positive, engaging atmosphere that encourages student learning
What We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate (any degree subject considered)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage groups of students effectively
- Enthusiasm for working in a school environment and a passion for helping students achieve their best
Ideally, some experience working with young people, though this is not essential
