About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a productive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
• Supervising students and providing support where needed.
• Adapting to different classrooms and subjects to support the school’s daily cover requirements.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a smooth learning experience for students.
• Building essential classroom experience that will support your future career in education.
