  • Confident in delivering GCSE Maths (English and Science desirable too)

  • Ability to plan engaging, tailored lessons that meet individual needs

  • A calm, patient, and encouraging approach

  • Confidence in managing behaviour and keeping students on track (experience with SEMH or SEN is a bonus)

  • Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

  • Passionate about helping students reach their full academic potential

Whether you're a qualified teacher, an experienced tutor, or a skilled educator with a strong subject background, we want to hear from you.

Why join Teaching Personnel?

  • A dedicated consultant to support and guide you through each opportunity

  • Competitive hourly rates: £25–£30 per hour

  • Full access to our exclusive CPD Academy to keep your skills fresh and future-ready

  • Complete flexibility – work when and where it suits you

  • The opportunity to make a real impact in your local community

This is more than just tutoring—it's a chance to inspire, to boost confidence, and to help young people succeed in school and beyond.
