Are you ready to take the next step in your career and pursue a fulfilling path working with young people, with the ultimate goal of becoming a qualified secondary school teacher?

Our program, Future Teachers, is designed to offer graduates an opportunity to enter the teaching profession. It provides two years of full-time, paid experience and, upon completion, participants will earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), making them fully qualified teachers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a transferable secondary education subject, including;

  • Maths
  • English
  • Science
  • Geography
  • History
  • PE
  • MFL

  • Working with dedicated consultants to offer support and guidance throughout the process.

Free safeguarding and cover supervising courses which provide you with essential support

During your time in the program, you will take on various roles, including classroom support, cover supervising (leading planned lessons), and one-to-one mentoring with students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
