Job description

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for teaching and a desire to inspire the next generation? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teachers to join our team starting this September.

We support hundreds of schools across Manchester and have a dedicated team in Rochdale to support your school searches. We partner with schools who are committed to providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment where students and staff alike can thrive. 

The Role: As a Graduate Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across various subjects to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Assist in the planning and development of engaging and effective lesson plans.
  • Support students' academic and personal growth through individual attention and mentorship.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the broader school community.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
  • A passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics.
  • A willingness to engage in professional development and continuous learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
