Job description

Are you a Functional Skills Teacher looking to make a change?  Do you want an improved work-life balance whilst still making a difference?

Here at TP Tutors we are hiring Functional Skills Teachers to tutor young people in Nottingham (NG1).  We understand and share your passion of wanting to ensure all young people acheive their full potential and as a result offer bespoke, tailored tuition programmes designed with each individual young person in mind.  Does this sound like something you can't wait to be a part of?

 

Key information:

You would be planning and resourcing tailored sessions.

You need strong knowledge of the curriculum area you are teaching.

You must have the ability to handle challenging behaviour effectively.

You need the confidence to adapt teaching style when necessary.

You will be able to keep clear records.

You need a degree or qualification in a relevant field.

You must have experience of working with young people.

You must have Level 2 safeguarding and a DBS (can be organised through us if required)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
